Over the years Coach Jay has had the honor to work with Pickleball's Worlds TOP Pros, Instructors, & Referees.  His mission is to share what he has learned with everyone he plays, teachers, and referees.

Coach Jay's passions include building pickleball programs, teaching, and professional/amateur refereeing for individuals, group organizations & faculties across the Country. He is a credentialed Professional Referee for USAPA, APP, and PPA. Also a Pickleball Program Creator for over 7000+ members for profit & non-profit establishments along with top Universities and continues to help new programs start weekly. Coach Jay worked with the top Coaches to become a Certified Pickleball Coach with USAPA & Professional Pickleball Registry. Executive director of Player Equity programs providing support to our pickleball communities.
